I am giving myself a few minutes this morning to say hello. I’m on my (hold on one sec – ok, I’m back) now the third cup of coffee. Listening to the dryer toss the clothes around. I’ve run through my typical morning “ritual” of reading through emails and grateful that I opened up one from Well + Good that talks about shoulder flossing. Interesting, right?
Wedding planning has now turned to wedding panic. With one month and twelve days till the big day, I am putting those plans into place. Somehow, I thought June was so far away, that I would have time to get my arms toned before then. Wrong. I did lose the weight, but I think after putting away Asia Gourmet last night that might be turning in the wrong direction.
M & I had a conversation this week about being more aware of our time. I feel that sometimes I panic about not having enough time in the week and find myself curled in a ball scrolling Instagram (#ScrollLife) instead. This isn’t making good use of time. I’m working on being more intentional. The writing was something I wanted to do today, and the words are flowing freely. I feel like this was a good use of my time. I’m also between laundry loads, and at some point, I need to throw the bacon in the oven, before I head to Lark Skin Co. for a facial. Oh and then there is the shoulder flossing, want to do that and perhaps a quick workout. I guess there’s not any sense in going overboard on time, but it’s Saturday, so I feel like I need to do all the things.
Thanks for allowing me to ramble this morning and for stopping by. Here’s to doing all the things and a Monday Drive post coming soon!
